I want to make mutagenesis and I use the Dut/ung site-directed
mutagenesis protocol. Therefore I need of E.coli strain dut/ung (RZ1032
or CJ236) to prepare the ssDNA. Anybody can give me the cells? I want
only the cells and not the competent cells. Thanks
