Dear All,

I have a plant transmembrane protein located in the chloroplast membrane,
and I would like to study its enzymatic function in yeast. Does anyone have
information about heterologous expression of such protein in yeast (presence
of a chloroplast transit peptide cleaved after maturation) ?
Any information would be appreciated...
Thanks!

Francoise
