Hi, I am a newcomer to the field of yeast genetics and molecular biology (basically Saccharomyces) and I would appreciate it a lot if you could recommend me a good starting manual for lab work. I have heard about "Methods in yeast genetics: a CSHL Course manual. 2000 Edition", do you think is OK for that purpouse?.
Thanks in advance
