Dear all,
I would like to perform a reverse yeast-two hybrid screen
to identify mutations in my protein of interest which abolish
interaction with a known binding partner. Therefore I am
interested in using the split-hybrid system published by Shih
et al. (1996) PNAS 93, 13896. This system was distributed
by Bio101 but it seems to be discontinued. Does anybody
has the system and is willing to share the reporter strains
YI584 and YI671? Or does anybody know who is selling the
stuff now?
TIA
Ricky
