Hi

SGD has just released a new version of Expression Connection. The new
version allows more flexible searches of microarray expression data,
presents tabulated results in succinct form, and displays new kinds of
information including the Pearson Correlation between queried genes and a
line graph of the expression of all queried genes. In addition, a new
"Stats" page provides a global view of the data in each dataset by
indicating the number of genes whose expression is increased, decreased,
and etc. To help users determine commonalities among gene clusters in
Expression Connection results, GO Term Mapper and GO Term Finder tools are
available from every results page. (Posted April 03, 2003)
