You can find the complete sequence of the vectors at:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/

Search "Nucleotide" for the names of the vectors you are interested in.
Here are the accession numbers for three vectors:

vector marker accession number
------ ------ ----------------
pRS304 TRP1 U03440
pRS316 URA3 U03442
pRS315 LEU2 U03441

I don't know if these are the same vectors you are using, but hese are
very commonly used.

You can BLAST search the yeast genome at:
http://genome-www2.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/SGD/nph-blast2sgd

Use the vector sequences to search the yeast genome, and look for the
matches at the genes you are interested in (click on "ORF map to see
where the match is). From there you can determine the extent and sequence
of the promoter region.
