Does anyone know of a high efficiency pombe transformation method that doesn't have a heat shock element to it?
I usually use the lithium acetate method if I'm after a large number of colonies, but I have a ts strain that won't let me use this method! (electroporation doesn't give me the numbers I need).
Any ideas will be VERY greatly received.
