absolute abundance of actin mRNA

Hi all,

I've been trying to find a reference that sites the approximate amount of
actin mRNA in a
yeast cell. I need an absolute number (like pg actin mRNA /cell or moles), NOT
a relative
abundance (like actin mRNA is 10 times more abundant than mRNA x is).

If you can guide me to such a reference, I will be internally grateful! Please
respond to
me at the following address: gonzalezt at kenyon.edu

Thanks a million!!!!
