Hello yeast community,
My name is Rick Mendelsohn and I'm a graduate student in the Biochemistry Department at Boston University School of Medicine. I study N-glycosylation in S.cerevisiae. We currently have a mutant and we want to do a genetic screen with it. We are looking for either a LEU2 or HIS3 2-micron genomic library. URA3 and TRP1 genomic libraries can NOT be utilized in our mutant's genetic background. We tried buying these libraries but we can't find a company that still sells them. If any lab can supply us with one of these libraries, we would be greatly appreciative.
Our address is:
Boston University School of Medicine
700 Albany Street
CABR Building room W232
Boston, MA 02118
Sincerely,
Rick Mendelsohn
