Hello, just wondering if anyone out there is using Stratagene's
BacterioMatch two-hybrid system and what kind of results are you
having. My biggest question is if you are studying at eukaryotic
protein as bait, does the protein folding in bacteria appear to be
okay (e.g. protein still maintains activity with known
controls/binding partners)? Also, is there anything about the system
that is not as good as yeast two-hybrid. And do you recommend
purchasing the system?
