Hi

Is it possible to determine how many copies of a particular gene a yeast
cell has by Flow Cytometry? I'm thinking of some kind of proceedure where
you have a gene probe that will bind to the gene - the FACS machine will
then be able to detect 1,2,3,4 genes, etc. If you know a protocol, or if
you know it is impossible please inform me.

thanks
