Strain and plasmid

Dear Colleagues:

I am starting a yeast lab. and I would very much appreciate if you could
help me by providing 
the following materials: 
1) A yeast strain that lacks all major vacuolar proteases
2) The plasmids that are used for switching  mating type 

Information on where to get them is also welcome,
