Hi,
I have been trying to HA tag a protein in S. pombe using the Bahler
genomic tagging method but have had no sucess as yet (5 attempts and
still going). To check the method of detection I am trying to find a
vector to clone into to add the HA tag. Does anyone know of one and
where I can get it from?
