Does anyone have a full-length cDNA clone of any of the genes encoding histone
H3 from S. pombe that they'd be willing to share? Alternatively, could anyone
provide me with an aliquot of genomic DNA from pombe (enough to PCR amplify the
gene)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
