I plan to do RT-PCR with S.cerevisiae mRNA.
But I have no experience other than mammalian mRNA.
Dose it work protocols for mammalian?
For example the concentration of oligodT or random primers.
Which is better, oligodT or random random primers?
What's different between yeast and mammalian cells
Please tell me your experience!
Thank you.
