Hi,
I wonder if any one know what happens to my cdc7-3 mutant strain?
I isolated a single colony onto my YPD plate, and for some reason the
small colony is white color and the large colony is pink color. I had
transformed my CDC7 gene into the pink colony (I call it) and it
complements with my minimal media at 37 C, but not my white colony. My
question is what 's the difference between the white colony and the pink
colony? I will appreciate if you can tell me what happen to my strain,
or you can direct me to any references or websites, etc. Please send
this information to my email: lmtran2 at hotmail.com Thank you.
Lynn Tran
