Has anyone used the Santa Cruz anti GAL4 DNA binding domain monoclonal
primary antibody? I am having problems with it in western blots. I am
trying to detect the expression of a GAL4 DBD fusion protein in S.
cerevisiae strain HF7c for use in the yeast two hybrid system. I
consistently get multiple bands appearing in my western blots on
untransformed yeast and was wondering if anyone else has experienced the
same problems.
