<LYTICASE

Allo, Pierre, et al.
Here{s a summary of yeast digesting enzymes
They all have beta-glucuronidase, the enzyme you want.

There{s Sigma stuff, quite crude but useful for tetrad dissection. HaS LOTS OF PROTEASE.

<LYTICASE IS CLEANER, STILL HAS PROTEASE.

<OXALYTICASE IS PURE BETA GLUCANASE. IT IS SLOWER ACTING THAN THE OTHERS AND QUITE EXPENSIVE. BEST FOR IN SITU
HYB AND OTHER MICROSCOOPY NUCLEIC ACID TECHNIQUES. FOR OTHER STUFF LYTICASE IS GREAT.

HOPE THIS HELPS. PARDON THE APPEARANCE. THIS IS A SPANISH LANGUAGE KEYBOARD.
