Dear colleagues,
I have a strain carrying a deletion of a gene encoding a member of the Gal4
family. The strain does not grow at 37 C on a YPD plate but DOES grow at 37
C on a SD plate. At 30 C, the strain grows on both SD and YPD.The strain is
ura3- TRP+ HIS+ ADE+ LEU+. Do you have a explanation for this phenotype?
