Do you have current details or a reference to a current nutritional
assessment of S cerevisiae commercially produced as 'bakers' yeast'?
I am particularly interested in a 'general' yet regarded as accurate
analysis of amino acids, carbohydrate, mineral and vitamin analysis. I am
also interested in whether there has been an assessment of these parameters
in compressed yeast and the same, after dehydrating through fluid bed
I would appreciate your assistance.
