Dear Colleagues
I need to prepare protoplast for subcellular fractionation experiments,
There are many protocols, some use Zymolyase and others Lyticase from sigma,
I need to buy either product, are there some good reasons not to go for the
(much cheaper) Lyticase ?
I would appreciate any advices on this matter. Thanks a lot
