Hello,
I have purified the DNA binding protein from yeast crude and/or
nuclear extract. Gel shift assay was performed as a marker of
activity. Although the predicted molecular mass of the protein
is 20-40 kDa, substantial amount of proteins, whose size are
60-80 kDa, were copurified during all of FPLC-purification proccess.
What are these proteins!
Please tell me about these suspicious proteins!
