My company is a consulting firm, retained by a major corporation in the
midwest to assist them with a yeast-related project.

This company has a huge focus on developing yeast strains and fermentation.
Currently, I am looking for a scientist to participate in this company's
Yeast Lab as a specialist, and full time employee. This PhD or MS candidate
will have strong yeast molecular biology and biochemistry skills. They will
be able to develop independent research work in areas such as the
development of yeast strains, and the supply/evaluation of others. A fair
amount of time will be dedicated to the identification and control of
critical fermentation factors, as well.

Industrial experience is preferred but may not be essential for the right
candidate. Anyone who would like to explore this, please give me a call or
send off some biographical data,
