Hi - If you search SGD (http://genome-www.stanford.edu/Saccharomyces/) for
"DNA polymerase" (text search) it gives you a list of DNA polymerases that
includes DPB2, DPB3, DPB4, DPB11 (polymerase II (epsilon) components);
MIP1 (mt DNA polymerase); REV3, REV7 (polymerase zeta); POL1, POL2, POL4,
POL5, POL32, CDC2, and HYS2.

If you go to the locus pages for these genes, or enter their names in
Gene/Sequence Resources
you can get the individual sequence files.

Subject: DNA polymerases of S. cerevisiae

I am looking for the names and functions of all DNA polymerases found in
the genome of S. cerevisiae. If possible, I also need the individual
sequences of these polymerases. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
