Hi all,
Who could supply me with some DNA of a human (or mouse, rat) liver total
cDNA in a GAL4 AD (LEU-vector, like pACT2 or pGAD10) for a Y2H screen
(Clontech or another suitable company, or homemade) ?
Transformed E.coli or phage stock would be fine too ...
In return I can offer DNA from human skeletal muscle, human
keratinocyte, human heart, human placenta or mouse embryo (day E17) Y2H
cDNA libraries.
