Can some one give me the low-down on the variations of

lactobacillus/coccus
Candida Milleri Yarrow

Do the bacteria have distinct types of fermentation or do they behave
differently under differing circumstances? That is, will they be
heterofermentative under one set of condtions and homo under others?
Same for the yeast?

Does anyone know of a usenet group for bacterial like this group fro
yeast?
