Dear netters,

Does anybody have information about some especially
efficient terminator sequence in S. cerevisiae, which could
be PCR-amplified for its use in 2 micron-based expression
system?
Is there some published report on the relative effectiveness
of terminator sequences in Saccharomyces?

Thanks in advance,

Manuel
