An additional, funded postdoctoral position is available immediately,
to examine the regulation of DNA replication in fission yeast.
The successful applicant will join a highly interactive team
that uses genetics, molecular biology, and biochemistry to
investigate the role of conserved eukaryotic replication
factors in S phase initiation and maintenance of genome integrity.
Published experience in yeast genetics, or analysis of chromatin
structure, or biochemistry of replicating DNA is a plus. Further
information about the lab and its research can be found at
http://pingu.salk.edu/~forsburg/lab.html . Send CV, relevant
reprints, and three references to Dr. Susan L Forsburg, Molecular
Biology and Virology Lab, The Salk Institute, 10010 N. Torrey Pines Rd,
La Jolla CA 92037 USA.
The Salk Institute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
