identification of Saccharomyces cerevisiae proteins on two-dimensional
 gels based on the determination of their amino acid ratios. Specific
double labeling with 3H and 14C or 35S-labeled amino acids,
 chosen among those that are specifically incorporated into proteins
without interconversion, ...
