Hi,
Does anyone know of a company that makes a kit for constructing Yeast
two-hybrid libraries, or of a good protocol? I've tried the Clontech kit, and
it didn't work, and now it's been discontinued. Is it also possible to just use
a regular library construction kit, but exchange the provided plasmid for my AD
plasmid?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
