Dear Yeast Net members,
is there anyone out there willing and able to send me plasmids or primers
used to make tpk1 and or bcy1 knockout strains? In addition, I could also
use hyperactive/temperature sensitive alleles of TPK1/BCY1. Thanks for
your time and effort.
