Hi All,
I am using the Cytoplasmic two hybrid system that has been introduced by
Stratagene - the Cyto trap kit.
I have been having problems with the yeast strain involved - cdc25H. I
am unable to reduce the number of temperature revertants that appear
while preparing competent cells for transformation.
If anyone is using this system, please let me know if you are having a
similar problem or anything that can be done to overcome it.
