Best reagents for S. cerevisiae cytotoxity assay?

Does anyone have some practical experience with yeast cytotoxicity
assays e.g. in a 96 well plate reader?   There are a large number of
reagents that people have used for mammalian cells, but I was wondering
which ones seem best for yeast.  Thanks.
