Electroporation: yeast DNA > E.coli

[biosci-request at net.bio.net]

Hi everyone,
i am trying to transfer plasmid DNA from yeast to E.coli by
electroporation. I followed 
the protocol  from Nucleic Acids Research Vol.20 N4, 1992 with no
success. Searching 
on the net  I also didn´t find anyone who managed. 
Do you know a new protocol / new conditions / etc that i could follow?
