Hi,

I tried to use the citrate/phosphate buffer protocol from the Cold Spring
harbor manual to make YNB media pH 2 to 6 or 7. When I titrated the
citrate/phosphate (1M/2M, pH2.5) to pH 3 with solid KOH, I was okay. When
pH reached 4, I got precipitate. What else can I do to make YNB media
buffered pH range from 2 to 7? Thanks

dave
