Hi readers,
I am searching for a two-hybrid cDNA-library from rat brain (GAL4-system),
which is random primed or at least oligo-dT AND random primed!!!!!
Until now, I only know libraries which are oligo-dT primed or which are cloned
into the pGAD10-vector, which has a very low level of protein expression.
If anybody has any informations about such a library, please tell me!
