Applications are invited for a three-year BBSRC sponsored senior
post-doctoral position. The work involves the biochemical and genetic
analysis of the regulation of cytokinesis in budding yeast. Candidates
should have a Ph. D. and ideally have experience in yeast cell
biology/biochemistry/molecular genetics with a particular emphasis on
immunohistochemistry and protein/protein interaction techniques. The
starting salary will be up to £19,197 - 20,867 and the position is
available immediately for one year in the first instance but renewable up
to three years subject to satisfactory progress.
