For those interested in fission yeast:
The ATCC has put together a very nice collection of pombe strains and 
plasmids.  They have a web page at 
http://www.atcc.org/hilights/sp_info.html
One of the nice things they've done is set up "kits" of
strains, plasmids, or expression plasmids, so you can get all
of them for a reduced price!  These are great starter sets if
you are just getting into pombe. 

Please consider sending your useful vectors to the ATCC 
for distribution. It's a non-profit organization that serves the 
community. And, it saves the depositing lab a lot of time and money
if you only have to send it once.  (My lab is swamped with requests,
and this really helps).
