This is the sequence file that I made for YDp-K.
I can't promise that the sequence is absolutely correct, as the Berben
et al paper (Yeast 7:475) says that a 4.8 kb EcoRI - ClaI fragment with
LYS2 was used. However, the LYS2 sequence predicts a 5.1 kb EcoRI - ClaI
fragment. I used the 5.1 kb fragment in my computer cloning.
