Hello Yeast Net;
I was hoping someone out there might have yeast strain CW04 and ASZ1, two
isogenic strains with totally different origins. They resurfaced recently in an
EMBO paper from de la Cruz et al. but I've been unsuccessful in contacting
anyone involved in the Dob1/Mtr4 paper (at University of Geneva, Switzerland).
I'm also hoping that someone may have a 2u ADE2/URA3 plasmid I could use for a
sectoring assay with the above strains......
