Hi netters,
I want to introduce a new sequence in a plasmid by homologue
recombination (or gap repair). My problem is that I cannot cut my
plasmid at the site of insertion but 200bp before. Is it possible to do
that, I mean to have two homologue sequences that can recognize
something on the plasmid but without a gap between them?
