Does anybody know or read about the sterilization of vitamins by
filtration or heat for culture medium.
The reasons is that many vitamins are labile to heat, so many
researchers use to filter it. But for industrial purpose maybe the
filtration alternative is not that useful.
Where I can find reference about physico-chemical properties of
vitamins, related to stability at different pH and temperature.
