In the past year I have run into a few yeast vectors that seem to be
concatemers. Among them are YEp24 and pRS304. Has anyone else
encountered this? Is there some peculiarity about these vectors that
causes this to occur spontaneously, or am I simply misinterpreting thier
electrophoretic mobility?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
