Hi,
Does anyone have a straightforward protocol to S35 or P32 label a protein
which is under the control a GAL promoter? We are sort of familiar with the
different media to use, when the gene is under the control of its own
promoter but we'd like to know few hints when the gene is under a GAL
promoter (medium, time of induction, so forth...): a million thanks!
