Hi! I'm a Master's student looking for a relatively simple cAMP assay.
Amersham appears to have several tests available, and I'm wondering
which is the most effective, and if there is a cheaper way available. I
am also looking for an alcohol dehydrogenase assay. My study organism
is S. cerevisiae, so any extraction techniques for the following assays
would be appreciated.
