Hi and a God New Year
Although the year has just begun there has been enough time to ram ones
head in to the wall a couple of times.
Im trying to make transmission electronmicroscopy of S.pombe together
with a guy that knows the EM but is totally unfamiliar with
yeast. Me being a greenie with EM doesnt much to make the situation
easier:)
Can any one of you be so stupenously nice that you could point me in the
right direction in search of protocols for preparation of the pombe
prior to EM?
I really would (once again) greatly appreciate any help!
