Dear All,
I intend to assay splicing within S.pombe cell lines that either
contain an over-expressing gene of interest, or a gene replacement
(KO). I was thinking of putting LacZ with an intron into an nmt
expression vector (pREP) but I was wondering if anyone knows of a
vector that can be used in S.pombe for assaying spliciing efficiency?
