Inclusion bodies in yeast?

Anyone know if S. cerevisiae forms inclusion bodies? I have some
transformants making an epitiope tagged yeast protein, which I assumed was
soluble, which appears concentrated as a small "dot" close to the nucleus
(by immunocytochemistry). The strain is leu-, his- (and ura-, but URA is
on the plasmid) and bar1. I think bar1 is something to do with an
extracellular protease, these yeast don't aggregate. Anyone know what bar1
is?

Thanks
