Help,
I recently made alpha-aa plates, but since it was my first time I'm
wondering if I messed up...does anyone have a recipe for alpha-aa...I
know it is difficult to pH and I did warm the 6% solution of alpha-aa,
but I didn't think it would be detrimental. There may be other reasons
(prion-related) as to why the strain which grows on -lysine plates also
grows on the alpha-aa plates, but I just want to make sure I'm making
them the correct way.
