I would really appreciate it if someone can give me information on the
following
1) Protocols for yeast/mammalian fusions
2) In my experiments where I have fused yeast cells containing a yac
retrofitted with neo gene, ( yeast spheroplasts were fused with the
mammalian cells), I have obtained colonies which grow in media
containing G418 but do not contain the neo gene!! Can somebody give me
any tips on how to work around this problem?
